O&M Manuals
The “nuts and bolts” can be overwhelming by sheer
size due to the number of documents and their detail. 
a) Sections are re-tabbed, pages numbered and a 
     master index is created by specific section contents.
b) Within a new detailed index is a picture of the item 
     and a summary of the maintenance that it needs.

Equipment & Processes by As Built & Valve Tags
As built drawings are color coded to locate equipment and 
process flow. Large color pictures of the facility can also be 
created showing the actual equipment and flow, valve tag by 
valve tag or “step by step.”
In both cases references are provided for more information.

Hands on Training
The emphasis is on preventative maintenance. We hire 
the trainers or contractors, plan, present and conduct 
on site hands on training classes with the operators, 
equipment and tools. 
The process is recorded provided for future reference. 

Remote Management of Maintenance
We set up schedules and confirm the they are followed and 
the work is done. If not by a due date we send people to site
to fulfil the work.
